The International Conference is one of Business Today’s signature events and spans 49 years of history. An all-expenses paid opportunity, the International Conference brings 150 students to discuss an annual theme with over 75 leading executives.

A Global network of student leaders

Attendees at the International Conference consist of the best and brightest minds of their generation. Competing amongst thousands of applications, our attendees include Forbes 30 Under 30 winners, startup founders, and film producers. With more than half of our attendees being international, the International Conference allows students to form a global network of incredible leaders and bonds of lifelong friendship.

The International Conference brings students from over 35 countries and six continents. The unique all-expenses aspect also ensures students from any background can participate. One-third of our attendees are their family’s first generation attending college. Business Today believes that the next generation of leaders will succeed through diversity in background and thought.

Executive Seminars

One of the capstone features of all Business Today’s programs is the ability to carry intimate conversations with some of the world’s leading executives. In each executive seminar, around ten students discuss with an executive on career, leadership, and industry insights. Past executives that have led these seminars include Robert Chavez, CEO of Hermes and Jim Millstein, Co-Chairman of Guggenheim Securities.

I was able to gain an insight into today’s most pressing issues and was offered a firsthand account of how leading organisations deal with them on a daily basis.
— Matei Apolzan, Bocconi University, Italy

Impact Challenge

Created in 2015, the Impact Challenge extends Business Today’s mission of highlighting the power of public-private partnerships. With a $15k grand prize, the Impact Challenge provides seed funding to one of five teams who have founded social entrepreneurship startups. Winners have gone on to receive Forbes 30 Under 30 and be named as one of the most innovative startups of the year.
